Admissions

The school will eventually be ages 4 - 18; however, in order to gain full advantage of free schooling, it is important to attend at least two or three years, hence, we decided to open with students up to age 15. The Jersey Shore Free School officially opened in September, 2009 at Camp Arrowhead in scenic Marlboro, NJ. The 37-acre facility encompasses woods, fields, outdoor playgrounds, basketball courts, several small ponds and a ropes course.

Please write, email or call to schedule an admissions interview for you child or teenager. There is a $50.00 interview fee. The application form will be available at that interview.

The tuition for the 2009-2010 school year is as follows:
$10,000 for the first child.
$5,000 for each additional child from the same family.

NOTE: For first year families only, this 50% discount for siblings will be permanently "grandfathered" for as long as they remain in the school.
